BIG-BAG
Big-Bag handling systems are necessary in cases when the raw material is delivered in big bags or the final product requires multiple raw materials or for logistic management purposes. Big-Bag handling systems have the necessary mechanism for lifting and placing the bag as well as the appropriate mechanism for its complete emptying.
They are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. All components that come in contact with the material are made of stainless steel and the elastic parts are certified for food industries. It has all the necessary safety devices for the protection of people and material. They are suitable for handling Big-Bags weighing up to 1000kg.
BAG FILLING
Bag filling systems are of net or gross weight. They are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. All components that come in contact with the material are made of stainless steel and the elastic parts are certified for food industries.
It has all the necessary safety devices for the protection of people and material. They are suitable for handling bags weighing from 5kg up to 50kg and with a capacity of up to 300 bags/hour.
BAG DUMBING STATION
Bag dumping stations are used to supply silos or weighing stations with materials stored in bags up to 50kg. They are made of steel (painted with food-grade paint) or stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. All components that come in contact with the material are made of stainless steel and the elastic parts are certified for food industries.
It has all the necessary safety devices for the protection of people and material. It has fittings for its connection to dedusting systems, grid or sieve. They are suitable for handling bags weighing from 5kg up to 50kg and with a capacity of up to 300 bags/hour.
DEDUSTING
Dedusting systems are used to remove the dust which is generated during various processes such as loading, pneumatic conveying systems and packaging systems. They are made of steel (painted with food-grade paint) or stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.All components that come in contact with the material are made of stainless steel and the elastic parts are certified for food industries.
It has all the necessary safety devices for the protection of people and material. They have the necessary pipe network for the connection to the individual systems. They are suitable for installation as central dedusting systems as well as stand-alone.
